This will include undertaking condition surveys, carrying out defect analysis, preparing technical reports, and managing refurbishment and maintenance projects from inception through to completion.You will work closely with a diverse client base, providing expert advice and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
