Job Details: Pay: Up to £60,000 per annum DOE Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, Days role Duration: Permanent Benefits: Up to 10% annual bonus, 4 x life assurance cover, access to the rewards platform, continued career development and progression, supportive team environment Medical: Health care cash plan Holidays: 25 days plus bank hols Job Role: As an Engineering Team Leader , you will manage the on-site engineering team, leading performance reviews, coaching and developing staff to align with business goals.

You will drive team motivation through strong leadership, oversee contractors and maintenance suppliers, and contribute to the Maintenance Excellence roadmap.

This Engineering Team Leader role also includes analysing CMMS data to identify improvements and reviewing maintenance activities for cost-effective opportunities. xwzovoh
