Role Overview Electrical & mechanical PPM, reactive and breakdown maintenance Working as part of a skilled, supportive engineering team Reporting into an experienced Maintenance Manager Maintaining fast‑moving, high‑volume production lines Involvement in CI/Kaizen projects and cross‑functional improvements Supporting machine installations and upgrades Access to extensive internal and external training Ensuring safe working practices at all timesSkills & Experience Time‑served apprenticeship (electrical or mechanical) Strong background in FMCG, packaging, plastics, or food manufacturing Confident fault‑finding across electrical and mechanical systems Knowledge of PLCs, hydraulics, pneumatics, and CI tools (Kaizen, Six Sigma, 5S) Motivated team player with experience in fast‑paced environmentsWhy This Role This is a secure, well‑invested site with long‑term stability and a reputation for developing engineers.
