Be their champion -supporting pupils 1:1 and in small groups, building confidence and core skills. ?

Think on your feet -adapting lessons, resources, and approaches to fit each unique learner. ?

Turn behaviour into progress -using positive, tailored strategies that build self-esteem and engagement. ?

Collaborate like a pro -working alongside teachers, SENCOs, and families to track progress and shape EHCPs. ?

Embrace every challenge -from sensory sensitivities to speech delays, you'll meet each child where they are and take them further. WHO YOU ARE: ??

Qualified or experienced -Level 3 TA or equivalent experience in education, childcare, or health settings. ??

SEN-savvy -you've supported children with additional needs and know how to adapt, connect, and inspire. ??

Calm under pressure -patient, flexible, and solution-focused when things get tricky. ??

DBS-ready -Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or happy to get one if required. ??
