You will collaborate with clients across industriesincluding financial services, energy, retail, corporate, andgovernment to deliver regulatory, risk, and compliance advice and solutions.Key responsibilities of the role include:Providing strategic and commercial advice to help clients plan,deliver, and operationalise programs and projects, includinglicensing and regulatory approvals, regulatory change, compliancemanagement, control design and effectiveness, consumer remediation,and regulatory investigations and enforcementPartnering closely with clients to understand and addressstrategic and risk management gaps, uplift compliance capabilities,and design and implement regulatory engagement strategies andcompliance programsStructuring and managing end-to-end project scope, budget, andadministration, including developing project plans, identifyingresourcing needs, delegating and reviewing work, and ensuring timely deliveryLeading the creation of client artefacts such as agendas, check-inpacks, reports, workshop materials, and presentations, revised withinput from Directors and PartnersDesigning the proposed approach for delivering client solutions,including scope of work, cost estimates, and relevant expertiserequired to suit the client's needsThis is a full-time, permanent role based in our London officewith hybrid working.More information can be found in the job description attached tothe role on our careers siteAbout youThe successful candidate will have:5-9 years of experience in regulatory, conduct, and compliancerisk, ideally gained within a consulting environmentConfidence advising clients on complex risk and compliancechallenges, leading client meetings, and facilitating seniorstakeholder discussionsRecognised subject matter expertise in one or more areas, whilebeing equally comfortable applying skills across a broad range ofregulatory, risk, and compliance topicsProven experience delivering high-quality, thoughtful work forclients and stakeholders in line with expectations and deadlinesExperience writing business documents, including reports, letters,and proposals for government or corporate audiences#LI-HYBRID #LI-EG1
