Job Overview: * This school caters for students aged 11-16. * Full-time, Monday - Friday, English Teacher role. * Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated English Language and Literature lessons across KS3-KS4. * Inspire students through creative teaching, literature analysis, and written communication. * Assess, monitor, and track student progress to ensure strong attainment. * Create a positive and inclusive learning environment. * Work collaboratively with the English department and wider school team. * Support students of varying abilities through differentiated teaching strategies. * Contribute to curriculum development and enrichment opportunities.
