Job Overview:
* This school caters for students aged 11-16.
* Full-time, Monday - Friday, English Teacher role.
* Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated English Language and Literature lessons across KS3-KS4.
* Inspire students through creative teaching, literature analysis, and written communication.
* Assess, monitor, and track student progress to ensure strong attainment.
* Create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
* Work collaboratively with the English department and wider school team.
* Support students of varying abilities through differentiated teaching strategies.
* Contribute to curriculum development and enrichment opportunities.

What we're looking for:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* A degree in English or a related subject.
* Experience teaching English at secondary level (KS3-KS4).
* A passion for English and the ability to engage and motivate learners.
* Strong classroom management and organisational skills.
* A proactive, positive, and collaborative approach.
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
