The Opportunity

This Real Estate Associate position provides a broad practice spanning residential development, land acquisition and strategic land projects. The successful candidate will support national and regional housebuilders, specialist developers, promoters and institutional landowners on significant matters involving complex development structures and large scale residential schemes.

Practice Focus

The team advises on land acquisitions, development agreements, conditional contracts, options, collaboration agreements, disposals of serviced parcels and funding arrangements, alongside urban regeneration projects. The role offers close collaboration with planning, construction and litigation specialists, supporting continued learning and career development.

Candidate Profile

Applicants should be qualified solicitors with at least three years of post qualification experience and strong experience in commercial development or residential development. Housebuilder experience is advantageous, while lawyers seeking to specialise in residential work are also encouraged to apply.
