Occupational Therapist - Adult Social Care (Physical Disability Team) Newcastle City Council Eden Brown Synergy is currently recruiting for an Occupational Therapist to join Newcastle City Council's Adult Social Care - Physical Disability Service. This is a community-based role supporting adults with physical disabilities to maintain independence and live safely in their own homes. Key responsibilities include: Carrying out comprehensive OT assessments for adults with physical disabilities Providing equipment and recommending home adaptations Supporting major housing adaptations and re-housing decisions where appropriate Working closely with housing, health, and voluntary sector partners Promoting independence and improving service users' quality of life Maintaining accurate case records and contributing to statutory dutiesWe are looking for an HCPC-registered Occupational Therapist with experience in community OT, adult social care, or disability services.
