Voids Supervisor

Job Description * Supervise void property maintenance works across social housing properties in the Finsbury Park area * Manage day-to-day activities of operatives, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently, and to the required quality standards * Coordinate trades, monitor progress, and ensure properties are completed within agreed timescales * Carry out regular site checks and ensure compliance with health and safety procedures * Liaise with internal teams, contractors, and customers to support the smooth delivery of void works * Ensure all works meet company standards, contractual requirements, and relevant regulations Requirements * Previous experience working as a Voids Supervisor within social housing or property maintenance * Valid SSSTS or IOSH Managing Safely qualification (minimum requirement) * Where a trade or management qualification is held, evidence must be provided * Strong knowledge of housing maintenance, void processes, and health and safety requirements What's on Offer * Opportunity to work with an established social housing contractor * Long-term contract opportunity * Competitive package * Supportive working environment * Immediate start available for the right candidate
