M&E Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking an experienced M&E Quantity Surveyor with a strong residential background to join our clients team and support the commercial delivery of residential construction projects. The Role You will be responsible for managing the commercial and contractual aspects of M&E packages from pre-construction through to final account, ensuring projects are delivered on budget and to programme. Key Responsibilities * Commercial management of M&E packages on residential developments * Cost planning, budgeting, and forecasting * Procurement and subcontractor management * Valuations, variations, and final accounts * Cost reporting and financial control * Risk identification and commercial support to project teams * Liaising with clients, contractors, and consultants Requirements * Proven experience as an M&E Quantity Surveyor * Strong residential project experience (essential) * Experience managing M&E subcontract packages * Good understanding of contracts and commercial processes * Strong communication and negotiation skills * Relevant Quantity Surveying or Construction qualification Apply now with your CV or contact us for a confidential discussion
