Setting Out Engineer – South Shields Location: South Shields Duration: 6 weeks Start: Immediate / ASAP Contract: Temporary We are currently looking for an experienced Setting Out Engineer to join our team on a 6-week project in South Shields. The Role You will be responsible for accurate setting out and surveying works on site, working closely with the Site Manager and engineering team to ensure the project is delivered safely and to the required specifications. Requirements * Previous experience as a Setting Out Engineer on construction/civil engineering projects * Competent using Total Station, GPS and other surveying equipment * Ability to read and interpret construction drawings * Strong understanding of levels, coordinates and site measurements * Good attention to detail and accuracy * CSCS card / relevant site qualifications * Relevant engineering or surveying experience What We Offer * 6-week contract * Work based in South Shields * Competitive rate of pay * Immediate start available * Professional and well-organised site team To apply: Please send your CV, availability and expected rate to us for consideration.
