We are now looking for ambitious Sales Negotiators to join our North & East London teams, where professionalism, performance, and service excellence go hand in hand.
The Role This is a high-performance sales role within a competitive London property market.
You will be responsible for managing applicants, Negotiations and managing sales pipeline from enquiry through to completion all while delivering a consistently high standard of client service.
Key Responsibilities Building and maintaining strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and applicants Registering and qualifying applicants to understand their requirements in detail Conducting high quality property viewings with confidence and professionalism Negotiating offers effectively while protecting client interests Driving new business opportunities and supporting instruction growth Managing sales progression with accuracy, urgency, and care Maintaining exceptional service standards throughout the process What Were Looking For A strong background in Sales or Lettings A professional xwzovoh approach with genuine focus on service and reputation Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills A proactive, resilient, and target-driven mindset Ability to balance performance with exceptional client care Full UK driving licence preferred Package & Earnings Realistic OTE: £50,000 £60,000 (Year one) Uncapped commission structure linked to personal performance Structured progression into Senior Negotiator / Valuer roles
