What will the Financial Controller role involve? Leading financial management reporting and analysis to support strategic decision-making across all group businesses Assisting the Board and Managing Directors with financial forecasts, strategic planning, and business modelling for new opportunities Overseeing budget preparation, monitoring performance, and analysing variances to inform future forecasts Ensuring statutory compliance, including tax requirements and regulation adherence, while developing robust financial policies and controls Suitable Candidate for the Financial Controller vacancy: Demonstrates substantial experience in financial management within similar sectors, preferably with multi-unit businesses Possesses strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting Shows strategic thinking with the ability to communicate complex financial insights clearly to non-financial stakeholders Skilled at implementing financial controls, improving processes, and driving efficiencies Additional benefits and information for the role of Financial Controller: Flexible hybrid working arrangement Salary will be dependent on experience CMA Recruitment Group is acting as a recruitment agency in relation to this role.
