Are you passionate about animal welfare and looking to play an important role in a busy veterinary hospital? Swayne & Partners is looking for a caring, proactive and reliable Veterinary Care Assistant / Ward Assistant to join our friendly nursing team in Bury St Edmunds.

About the Role

As a Veterinary Care Assistant / Ward Assistant, you will provide essential support to our Registered Veterinary Nurses (RVNs) and Veterinary Surgeons, helping to ensure our patients receive excellent care in a clean, safe and well-organised hospital environment.

You will play a key part in the day-to-day running of the hospital, from caring for hospitalised animals and preparing clinical areas to supporting laboratory work and ensuring our wards are clean, comfortable and fully stocked.

Working closely with the wider veterinary team, you will help create a positive experience for both our patients and their owners.
