You will be undertaking a varierty of instructions including; Contract admin, Project management, Dilapidations, Pre-acquisition surveys and more.Main responsibilities:Maintain relationships with existing clients and develop new client contacts and business opportunities.Develop relevant knowledge and skills through regular CPD activities and maintain an up-to-date awareness of all necessary legislation affecting the technical aspects of building surveying.Effectively communicate with both internal and external parties ensuring all information is available for the successful implementation and completion of projects.Prepare and submit relevant administration in a timely and accurate manner, for example timesheets, expenses etc.Requirements:A RICS accredited degreeStrong IT skills, including MS office applications and AutoCADGood team player but able to work independentlyFull driving licenceIn return the firm will not only help your career progress but offer company laptop, phone, competitive salary, holidays and pension scheme.
