Dry Liner/Ceiling Fixer

We are seeking a skilled Dry Liner and Ceiling Fixer to join our construction team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing and finishing dry lining, ceilings, and related wall systems in various building projects. Responsibilities * Measure, cut, and install dry lining boards and ceiling panels accurately according to project specifications * Fix ceiling frameworks using appropriate fixing methods and materials * Prepare surfaces by ensuring they are clean, level, and ready for installation * Use hand tools, power tools, and specialised equipment safely and effectively * Assist with the installation of ancillary systems such as plumbing, electrical wiring, or ventilation where required * Follow technical drawings, schematics, and instructions to ensure precise fitting * Maintain a clean and organised work environment to promote safety and efficiency * Collaborate with other tradespeople including carpenters, masons, electricians, and plasterers to complete projects on time Skills * Proven experience in dry lining, ceiling fixing, or related construction roles * Proficiency with hand tools such as drills, saws, trowels, and levels * Familiarity with power tools used in construction settings * Knowledge of roofing, plumbing, welding, electrical systems, plastering, fabrication, carpentry, masonry, and construction painting is advantageous * Ability to read schematics and technical drawings accurately * Strong organisational skills with attention to detail * Good understanding of health and safety regulations relevant to construction sites * Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment This position is ideal for dedicated professionals eager to apply their skills within a dynamic construction environment.
