Job Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Perm
Working Hours Monday Thursday: 8:00am 4:30pm
Friday: 8:00am 3:30pm
About the Role Quest Employment is seeking experienced TIG Welders to join a reputable and expanding manufacturing company based in Northampton.
This is an excellent opportunity for skilled welders looking for long-term employment, with immediate starts available and the potential to secure a permanent position following a successful temporary period.
Key Responsibilities Perform high-quality TIG welding to precise specifications
Read and interpret technical drawings and engineering plans
Fabricate and assemble metal components as required
Inspect completed welds to ensure quality and accuracy standards are met
Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively
Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment
Adhere to all company Health & Safety procedures
Candidate Requirements Proven TIG welding experience (essential)
Ability to read and work from technical drawings
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Good practical skills and manual dexterity
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable, hardworking, and xwzovoh positive attitude
