Qualityassure BuildingSafetyCaseReports andassociatedfireandstructuralriskassessments.
Ensurefullcompliancewiththe BuildingSafetyAct2022 ,FireSafetyAct2021,andsecondarylegislation.
Actasthecouncils subjectmatterexpert forallbuildingsafetymatters.
Ownanddeliver MandatoryOccurrenceReporting processes.
Drivedeliveryofthe goldenthread ofbuildingsafetyinformationacrossallWCChousingassets.
