Our kitchen team is the heart of the hotel, providing breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and of course fine dining in the evening to our guests, both resident and non-resident. Due to increased levels of business, we are now looking to expand our team and find our next superstar!
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Chef de Partie to join the brigade. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a talented team committed to producing high-quality dishes using fresh, seasonal ingredients.
Whether you're an experienced Chef de Partie or a strong Commis Chef ready to progress, this role offers excellent opportunities for development within a professional and supportive kitchen environment.
The Role
Take responsibility for your designated section and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Prepare and present dishes to the high standards expected within a 2 AA Rosette kitchen.
Work closely with the Sous Chef and Head Chef to deliver exceptional food quality and consistency.
Assist with stock rotation, food storage, and waste management.
Maintain excellent food hygiene and health & safety standards.
Support junior members of the kitchen team and contribute to a positive working environment.
The Ideal Candidate
Previous experience in a quality hotel, restaurant, or Rosette-standard kitchen.
Passion for fresh food and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively under pressure as part of a team.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn and develop.
Good knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen best practices.
What We Offer
Competitive salary of £30,000 per annum.
Up to £4,000 per year in gratuities.
