Hygiene Operative Location: Southminster, Essex Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour Contract: Temporary Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 11:00am Please note: Due to the location of the site, applicants must have their own transport. Prime Appointments are currently recruiting for a Hygiene Operative to join a busy manufacturing and production company based in Southminster, Essex on a part-time basis. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who is proactive, reliable, and happy to work independently while maintaining high standards of cleanliness across the site. Key Responsibilities: Using shovels to keep pathways clean and free from obstructions Cleaning production and factory areas Baling and disposing of waste materials Cleaning communal areas, including toilets, staff facilities, and offices Supporting general cleaning and hygiene duties across the site What We're Looking For: Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle due to the location of the role Previous cleaning experience within an industrial or manufacturing environment is desirable Ability to work independently and use initiative Comfortable carrying out manual handling and physical tasks Strong attention to detail Good time management and organisational skills What's on Offer: Monday to Friday 7:00am - 11:00am, 20 hours per week £12.71 per hour Temporary position with potential long-term opportunitiesIf you're interested in this Hygiene Operative position, please apply with your most up-to-date CV.
