The Role Working alongside experienced commercial professionals, you will be involved in the financial management of drylining and interior fit-out packages on high-profile commercial projects throughout London. Key responsibilities will include: * Assisting with the commercial management of multiple projects. * Preparing subcontractor enquiries and analysing quotations. * Procurement and management of subcontract packages. * Producing valuations, variations, and final accounts. * Monitoring project costs and reporting financial performance. * Managing subcontractor accounts and payment applications. * Identifying cost-saving and value engineering opportunities. * Supporting senior commercial staff with project delivery. * Building strong relationships with clients, contractors, and supply chain partners. Requirements * Experience working within the construction industry in a Quantity Surveying role. * Previous experience with drylining, interiors, fit-out, or specialist subcontracting projects would be advantageous. * Strong commercial awareness and numerical skills. * Good understanding of construction contracts and procurement processes. * Excellent communication and organisational skills. * Ambitious, driven, and keen to progress your career. * Degree qualified or working towards a Quantity Surveying qualification preferred.
