Turbo Driving is recruiting Class 2 HGV Drivers (C) for a leading logistics company in Rochester . This is a stable, long-term opportunity offering guaranteed hours, competitive pay, and a strong earning package including a £2,000 sign up bonus.
Location: Rochester
Shift: Monday to Friday; Start times between 04:00 06:00
Pay & Benefits:
Monday to Friday: PAYE £18.25 per hour; LTD £23 per hour
£2,000 Sign-up Bonus (T&Cs Apply)
PAYE and LTD Drivers Accepted
New Pass Drivers Welcome
Guaranteed 48 hours per week
The Role:
Two-person team deliveries
Heavy lifting (up to 25kg)
Delivering to houses, flats and building sites
Deliver to room of choice
Use of sack barrow & stair climber
Abide by driving rules and regulations
Follow company policies and procedures
Drive a Class 2 vehicle safely and efficiently
Please note: This role is approximately 70% manual handling and 30% driving. xwzovoh
Requirements:
Hold a valid UK Category C (Class 2) licence
Hold a valid UK Digital Tachograph Card
Hold a valid UK CPC Card
Have a clear DBS check (we will complete this with you)
Pass a drug & alcohol test
Able to meet the physical demands of the role
Excellent customer service skills
Good communication skills
Work well as part of a team
