Labourer – HMP Styal Wilmslow, Cheshire | Agency Contract | Competitive Hourly Rate Our client is seeking a reliable and hardworking Labourer to join the maintenance team at HMP Styal. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a secure environment, supporting skilled tradespeople and facilities teams with the upkeep and maintenance of the prison estate. Key Responsibilities * Assist tradespeople with planned and reactive maintenance works * Move materials, equipment, and supplies around site * Carry out basic repair and maintenance tasks * Support site clean-up and waste removal activities * Load and unload deliveries * Maintain safe and tidy working areas * Follow health and safety procedures at all times * Assist with general site duties as required * Report any hazards or maintenance issues Requirements * Previous labouring, construction, or maintenance experience preferred * Physically fit and capable of manual handling duties * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Good awareness of health and safety practices * Reliable and punctual approach to work * CSCS Card (desirable but not essential) Personal Attributes * Hardworking and dependable * Positive attitude and willingness to learn * Strong work ethic * Flexible and proactive approach * Good communication skills Additional Information * Monday to Friday * Weekly pay * Full site induction provided * Security clearance and vetting required * Long-term opportunity Apply today to be considered for this Labourer opportunity at HMP Styal
