Internal Technical Sales Engineer. Shrewsbury, Shropshire. Industrial Engineering Solutions. Salary - £40,000 - £45,000. Package Details: Pension Contributions, 33 Days Holiday. Working Hours: Monday - Thursday (8:00am – 4:30pm) / Friday (8:00am – 2:00pm). Predominantly receiving internal enquiries this will suit a Technical Sales Engineer who loves talking engineering and providing the right solution to benefit the client. Honesty, integrity and a consultative approach are top of the agenda for this role… Role Description * Management and further development of existing accounts. * Receiving internal enquires from customer and providing engineering advice. * Discussing equipment system requirements with customers and engineers. * Collaborating with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide sales support. * Researching, developing and modifying products to meet customers' technical requirements and needs. * Preparing and developing technical presentations to explain products to customers. * Providing quotes to end users. Skills and Qualifications. * General Mechanical Engineering knowledge / experience. * Ability to build rapport and relationships with a variety of stakeholders and decision makers. * Experience within an ‘internal sales’ or account management role (desirable) * Strong communication skills and organisational ability.
