Client Overview Automotive client working on landmark product, offering a hands-on environment and a chance to be part of product with global reach. An established start-up with a close-knit team of highly skilled Automotive, Motorsport and F1 professionals. Job Responsibilities * Managing and co-ordinating a small multidisciplined engineering team * Owning and managing complete vehicle systems from concept to production * Managing day to day resource within the team * Planning/Managing timing and budget costs for the engineering development * Overseeing the sourcing of parts, systems, and quality control Skill Required * Ideally 20 years of experience in Automotive, Motorsport, or F1 * Mechanically Trained, knowledge of Catia V6, CAE software suites * Passionate about project delivery and ownership * Managed and Delivered projects within accordance with the established scope * Experienced with the total vehicle system Compensation & Other Benefits * Highly Competitive Salary + Basic Benefits Package (including 25 days holiday) * Opportunity to work with a hugely progressive product line * On Site 5 days per week, with some flexibility (project/workload dependent) Please note that our clients are unable to offer sponsorship for employment visas.
