Unlike many manufacturing sites, you'll have access to a fully equipped engineering workshop complete with fabrication facilities, lathe, milling equipment and welding bays, allowing engineers to get involved in practical improvement projects rather than simply responding to breakdowns. The Shift Pattern 4 on, 4 off shift pattern with a 1 in 4 night shift rotation, providing a strong work-life balance while maintaining exposure to all areas of the operation.
