This is a senior leadership position responsible for driving operational excellence, ensuring efficient delivery, maintaining quality standards, and leading high-performing production teams. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping production strategy, optimising processes, managing resources, and supporting business growth while maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement. Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards. Requirements Proven experience in a senior production leadership role. Strong people management and communication skills.
