About the role

Hybrid - 1 day in office This telesales role will increase membership through inbound and outbound calls, following the sales strategy and converting initial interest to full membership within expected timeframes. You will provide a positive sales experience, maintain accurate CRM records and reporting, stay current on all member products and services, monitor competitor activity, and achieve individual sales targets. You will safeguard personal data in line with Data Protection legislation, including GDPR, and participate in related training. Essential capabilities include proven telephone sales to individuals or SMEs, cold calling and warm lead follow-up, experience with CRM systems, and knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word. Strong communication, an excellent telephone manner, tenacity, self-motivation, and effective time and diary management are required.
