As Breakfast Chef, you'll be responsible for delivering a standout breakfast experience, ensuring guests start their day with beautifully prepared dishes and first-class hospitality.

£15.50 per hour plus circa £4,000 per annum service charge
40 hour contract with paid overtime
6:30am to 3pm shift pattern

Responsibilities as a Breakfast Chef
Taking ownership of the breakfast service and ensuring dishes are prepared to a consistently high standard
Cooking a range of fresh breakfast dishes using quality seasonal ingredients
Organising and preparing mise en place to ensure an efficient service
Assisting with kitchen preparation for later services when required
Working closely with the wider kitchen team to deliver a seamless guest experience
