Maintenance Technician

Maintenance Technician (2 SHIFT) Early + Afternoon Cardiff - South Wales 25437/534 £30'000 to £48'000 To carry out maintenance activities to equipment, site processes and services in-line with manufactures / legal recommended interval and standards. Ensuring that the service supplied is of the highest possible standard and fits with production needs & requirements. Role & Responsibilities: Perform routine and preventive maintenance on all production equipment. Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns, process changeovers, safety actions, and machine setups. Participate in installation qualifications, risk assessments, PUWER, and LOTO procedures. Collaborate with process engineering to monitor equipment performance and drive continuous improvement.Knowledge, Skills & Experience: Hold an apprenticeship or equivalent formal qualifications (NVQ 3, HNC, or BTEC) in production maintenance manufacture with an electrical OR mechanical background. Thrive under time pressure, working effectively both independently and as part of a team. Motivated, with a strong commitment to safety, quality, and on-time delivers. Mechanical maintenance experience.
