We are now looking for a dedicated and organised Care Coordinator to join our Exeter team and support the smooth delivery of care services across the local area. The Role As a Care Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating care packages and managing staff rotas to ensure our clients receive safe, effective, and high-quality care. This is a fast-paced and rewarding role where strong organisation, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential.
