The Role As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will learn all aspects of the recruitment process while developing your sales and relationship-building skills. Working closely with experienced consultants and the Driving Division Operations Director, you will gain hands-on experience in candidate management, client development, and recruitment operations. This is a fast-paced and rewarding role where no two days are the same, offering clear progression opportunities and exceptional earning potential.
