Insolvency and Restructuring Solicitor - Partner, 10+ PQE, Surrey, up to £Market Rate.
The RoleThe appointed Insolvency & Restructuring Partner will lead on providing strategic and commercially focused advice across the full spectrum of insolvency and restructuring matters. You will act as a trusted adviser to clients, delivering expert legal guidance on formal and informal insolvency processes, corporate restructurings, distressed transactions, enforcement strategies, and turnaround solutions. As a Partner, you will be expected to play a key role in shaping and growing the department's practice - developing new client relationships, strengthening existing ones, and identifying opportunities for cross referral and business development.
Key Responsibilities• Deliver expert legal guidance on formal and informal insolvency processes, corporate restructurings, distressed transactions, enforcement strategies, and turnaround solutions.
• Play a key role in shaping and growing the department's practice by developing new client relationships, strengthening existing ones, and identifying opportunities for cross referral and business development.
• Qualified solicitor in England and Wales with a minimum of 10 years' post qualification experience in insolvency and restructuring.
• Strong track record in complex, high value contentious and non contentious insolvency matters.
• Proven experience leading matters and delivering commercially focused solutions in fast paced environments.
