General Operator - Double Day Shift Location: Swindon Pay Rate: £13.86 per hour + 22% shift allowance (£16.91 including allowance) Hours: Monday-Friday | 07:00-15:00 or 15:00-23:00We are recruiting General Operators to join a leading pharmaceutical manufacturing facility in Swindon. This role involves supporting production operations within a cleanroom environment while ensuring compliance with GMP and quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Manual packing, labelling and packaging of products Handling materials and maintaining stock levels Cleaning equipment and production areas to GMP standards Completing production documentation accurately Carrying out in-process quality checks Reporting any quality or process issuesRequirements: GCSE-level Maths and English Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain concentration Ability to follow procedures and work accurately Previous experience in pharmaceutical, food production, or another regulated manufacturing environment is desirableIf you're looking for a long-term opportunity with a global organisation, apply today.
