Production Manager

We are looking for a Production Operations Manager to lead a team of 4 direct reports and a wider team of c.200, forming part of the senior leadership team at this impressive company. Description The Production Operations Manager will report directly into the MD and will have 4 direct reports and a wider team of c.100 across all manufacturing functions on site. Day to day responsibilities will include: Leading, managing and co-ordinating all manufacturing activity on site Liaising closely with both internal and external customers to achieve the desired levels of service Creating, developing and producing all new product ranges in line with R&D specifications Promoting a culture focussed on continuous improvement Developing high performing teams Achieving agreed KPIs Profile Successful candidates will have a strong lean manufacturing background and a proven ability in leading and developing change.
