Senior Building Surveyor

The role combines technical leadership, client management, project delivery, and regional office development within a multidisciplinary commercial property consultancy. Highly flexible hybrid working arrangements are available. Responsibilities * Lead dilapidations instructions and technical due diligence commissions * Manage refurbishment and fit-out projects through full project lifecycles * Act as Employer’s Agent and Project Manager on commercial schemes * Manage client relationships, fee performance, and programme delivery * Mentor APC candidates and oversee junior surveyor output Requirements * Degree in Building Surveying or related discipline * MRICS qualification * Consultancy experience within commercial building surveying * Experience delivering dilapidations and technical due diligence instructions * Knowledge of JCT and/or NEC contract suites Salary & Package * £60,000–£70,000 basic salary * Annual bonus up to 14% of salary * Flexible hybrid working arrangements * Private healthcare * CPD and professional development support 📩 Apply by submitting your CV or contact us directly for more information with no obligation
