Due to continued growth and increasing demand, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Electrical Supervisor to join our team and play a key role in overseeing electrical projects, managing site teams, and maintaining our exceptional standards of workmanship and safety. What We Offer * Private Healthcare * 29 Days Holiday (including Bank Holidays) * Company Vehicle & Fuel Card and Travel Time * Company Uniform Provided * PAYE Employment * Company Pension Scheme * Ongoing Training and Professional Development * Opportunities for Overtime * Dedicated and Supportive Management Team * Positive, Friendly, and Professional Working Environment Key Responsibilities * Supervising electrical installation, maintenance, and repair works across domestic, commercial, and industrial projects * Managing and coordinating electricians and subcontractors on site * Ensuring all works are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications * Conducting site inspections, quality checks, and ensuring compliance with current regulations and industry standards * Reviewing and interpreting electrical drawings, specifications, and technical documentation * Monitoring project progress and reporting updates to management * Supporting testing, inspection, and commissioning activities * Maintaining high standards of health, safety, and customer service at all times * Assisting with material management, labour planning, and project scheduling What We're Looking For * Fully qualified Electrician (18th Edition, City & Guilds, NVQ Level 3, or equivalent) * Previous experience in a supervisory or lead electrician role * Strong background across domestic, commercial, and industrial electrical installations * Excellent knowledge of current electrical regulations and health & safety requirements * Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills * Ability to manage workloads, prioritise tasks, and motivate teams * Full UK Driving Licence Desirable Qualifications & Experience * ECS Gold Card * City & Guilds 2391 Testing & Inspection Qualification (or equivalent) * SSSTS or SMSTS Qualification * Experience with fire alarms, security systems, and renewable energy installations If you are an experienced Electrical Supervisor looking to join a growing company that values quality, professionalism, and career development, we'd love to hear from you
