Lunchtime Supervisor Location: Stafford, Staffordshire Hours: 11:45 – 13:15 Contract: Part-time, term-time only Pay: £14.25 /per hour Zest Education are looking for a positive and proactive Lunchtime Supervisor to join a thriving primary school in Stafford. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with children and is looking for flexibility in their next role. 🧭 What You’ll Be Doing * Supporting students during lunch to ensure a calm, enjoyable environment. * Supervising play on the playground and encouraging positive interactions. * Helping in the dining hall with queues, seating, and routines. * Promoting good behaviour and modelling kindness and respect. * Working as part of a supportive team to keep lunchtimes running smoothly. 🌈 About You You will be a great fit if you are: * Confident managing groups of children * Calm under pressure and able to think on your feet * Reliable and punctual * Committed to children’s wellbeing * Have an Enhanced DBS (or be willing to complete one) * Have previous experience around children (Ideally in a school setting) Requirements: * An Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to complete one). * Previous experience in a similar role. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Flexibility to undertake any other cleaning duties as directed by the on-site team.
