About the Role We are seeking an Estimator to join a growing construction consultancy. This role involves preparing cost estimates, tender submissions, and supporting a range of residential and commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities Prepare tenders from drawings and specifications
Carry out quantity take-offs and cost planning
Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors
Manage project documentation and records
Support clients with cost advice and revisions
Identify value engineering opportunities
Requirements Experience in estimating within construction
Strong attention to detail and organisation
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work xwzovoh to deadlines
Proficiency with take-off tools/software (preferred)
