Maintenance Engineer

Maintenance Engineer 28093/534 Aberporth Salary: £45,000 A growing, forward-thinking business operating within the renewable energy and process industry is seeking to expand its engineering team. This is a senior, hands-on role within a small site team, responsible for ensuring the reliability and performance of key plant equipment. You will play a critical part in maintaining operations, supporting plant efficiency, and driving continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Oversee maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and process equipment across the plant Carry out inspections, servicing, and fault finding to ensure continuous operation Manage maintenance schedules, records, and spare parts Provide on-call support for breakdowns and critical issues Lead improvement projects and support ongoing plant upgrades Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholdersRequirements Proven maintenance experience within an industrial or process-driven environment Background in sectors such as energy, waste, agriculture, water treatment, or food manufacturing is advantageous Hands-on experience with fault finding and maintaining complex plant systems Experience managing maintenance systems, schedules, and contractors Strong focus on minimising downtime and improving plant performanceIf you are interested in this position please click 'apply'.
