Security Engineer – Intruder Alarms & CCTV London (Inside the M25) Salary up to £38,000 + Overtime (OTE £50,000+) Our client is a well‑established and growing security systems specialist seeking an experienced Security Engineer to join their London‑based service team, covering sites inside the M25. This is a service and fault‑finding focused role, ideal for an engineer who enjoys working independently, diagnosing issues, and delivering excellent customer service. The Role Servicing and fault‑finding intruder alarm systems Servicing and fault‑finding CCTV systems Attending client sites across London (inside the M25 only) Diagnosing system faults and carrying out repairs efficiently Completing job reports and documentation accurately Providing a professional, customer‑focused service What We’re Looking For Proven experience as a Security Engineer Strong fault‑finding ability on intruder alarms and CCTV Experience working in commercial and/or residential environments Good communication and customer‑facing skills Ability to work independently and manage your own workload Full UK driving licence What’s on Offer Salary up to £38,000 (depending on experience) Overtime available – realistic annual earnings £50,000+ Company van with personal use 25 days holiday + bank holidays Call‑out rota: 1 in 8 weeks £300 standby payment Call‑outs Saturday & Sunday only Company events and team activities Clear career progression opportunities Long‑term, stable employment with a reputable employer Who Should Apply This role would suit a Security Service Engineer, Intruder Alarm Engineer, or CCTV Engineer looking for: Strong earning potential A manageable London patch A supportive company with long‑term progression
