Nursery Deputy Manager Full Time Salary: £28,000 £35,000 per year

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Nursery Deputy Manager to join a well-established nursery setting. This is a full-time role split between room-based support and office responsibilities, working within a supportive and professional team.
Key Responsibilities Support the day-to-day running of the nursery
Lead and support staff with planning and activities
Support safeguarding, SENCO responsibilities, and compliance
Build strong relationships with parents and outside agencies
Ensure high standards of care, learning, health & safety, and EYFS practice
Assist with nursery administration and staff support
Requirements Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification
At least 3 years experience in a senior nursery role
Strong knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding, and child development
Leadership experience within a nursery setting
Positive, approachable, and team-focused attitude
