Reporting to the Portfolio Manager,this isa great opportunityto join a growing area of the business.
? This role is based on site at Touchstone Bath.The working hours are Monday to Thursday 9am 5.30 and Friday 9am 5pm.
Afteran initialperiod of training (up to 3 months), this role offers hybrid working (3 days at home).? More about your role The Operations Manager willbe responsible fordelivering property management serviceson Affordable Rentand SharedOwnership Properties.
You will be theday to daylead ensuring compliance with legislation, clientSLAsand internal procedures,workingclosely withthe Portfolio Manager and other managersin order todeterminewhat is best practice and implement a uniform approach.
Ensuring customer service is of a high standard is a key part of this role.
Line management is alsokey part of theroleand you will be expected to undertake appraisals and lead on the development of other members of staff.
