We are currently looking for a Production Supervisor on a permanent basis for a leading manufacturing company based inRingwood, Hampshire.

Introduction
The primary duties for the Production Supervisor will be tolead and coordinate the day-to-day activities of theelectro-mechanical assembly team to ensure safe, efficient, on-time and right-first-time production. The Production Supervisor will drive Lean manufacturing, effective planning, strong team performance, and continuous improvement across the assembly operations, ensuring standards for quality, delivery and productivity are consistently achieved.

Ideal Skills & Experience
Proven experience supervising a production/assembly team (ideally 1030 people) in a manufacturing environment.
MRP/ERPsystems experience
Good understanding of manufacturing processes and workflow
Ability to interpret engineering drawings andBOMstructures
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
Strong leadership and communication skills, able to coach, influence and hold standards. xwzovoh
Problem-solving mindset with ability to investigate issues, identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
Confident communicator, able to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Good basic IT skills, including Excel, Outlook andERPsystems
Strong awareness of health and safety withinmanufacturing

Salary
£35K- £42.5K

Hours
Monday to Friday (FlexiTime)
