Dear job seeker, please apply to below vacancy if it interests you- We're looking for Income Collections Officer Sector: Property & Housing 📍 Location: Chelmsford, Essex, CM2 The Role at a Glance Job Overview Job Role: Income Collections Officer (Rents) Location: Chelmsford, Essex, CM2 Pay rate is £21.59 PAYE or £28.56 Umbrella Duration: 3-months initially, 9am to 5pm - 35 hours a week Job Duties: Must be able to Hit the ground running, dealing with approx 150 properties, based full time in the Chelmsford office - 9am to 5pm, 35 hours a week - calling Leaseholders and taking outstanding payments for ground rent and may also need to write to Leaseholders if are not able to get through by phone - minimum 1 year experience in Income Collections Job Scope & Career Path This is a temporary to permanent position for the right candidate and will progress as the job and development moves forward.
