Construction Manager (M&E) – Residential Apartments Bristol £75,000 - £80,000 Construo Recruitment are recruiting an experienced M&E Construction Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-quality residential apartment developments, ensuring seamless integration of M&E systems within complex construction projects. Key Responsibilities: * Oversee the M&E aspects of residential apartment projects from inception to completion. * Coordinate with design, construction, and M&E subcontractors to ensure efficient project delivery. * Manage project timelines, budgets, and quality control, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. * Lead site teams, ensuring health & safety protocols are met. * Liaise with stakeholders, including clients, consultants, and contractors, to ensure smooth project execution. Requirements: * Proven experience as a Construction Manager with M&E expertise. * Strong background in residential apartment developments. * Ability to manage subcontractors and coordinate M&E installations effectively. * Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. * Relevant construction qualifications (HNC/HND/Degree) preferred.
