Machine Operative Location: Boston, Lincolnshire Salary: £30,(Apply online only) - £32,(Apply online only) + Bonus + Benefits Shift: Rotating Days / Afternoons / Nights (Mon-Fri) OR 4 on 4 off Days & Nights Job Role of the Machine Operative Are you looking to join a growing manufacturing business that is investing heavily in its future? As a Machine Operative, you will be responsible for operating production machinery, maintaining product quality standards and ensuring production targets are achieved safely and efficiently. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting production operations whilst maintaining excellent standards of Health & Safety, GMP and Food Safety across the site.
