Academics are currently recruiting a Midday Supervisor to join a supportive and welcoming SEN school in Upminster on a temporary ongoing basis, with an immediate start available. As a Midday Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring pupils remain safe, supported, and engaged during lunchtime. Working within a specialist SEN setting, you will help create a positive and nurturing environment where pupils can enjoy their lunch break safely and confidently. You will supervise pupils in the dining hall, playground, and around the school, supporting their social development, encouraging positive interactions, and responding appropriately to their individual needs.
