Digital Delivery Manager

Contract: 6 months IR35: Inside Rate: Up to £700 per day (Umbrella) Location: Northwood / Central London (2–3 days onsite per week) Clearance: Active DV required Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Digital Delivery / Architecture specialist to join a Defence Targeting Web (DTW) Core Team supporting a major defence transformation programme. The team is responsible for shaping a unified targeting capability across defence and allied partners, focusing on architecture, data standards, integration, and governance. Key Responsibilities * Support development of the DTW reference architecture * Define and align data and integration standards for targeting systems * Contribute to the Defence Targeting Design Authority function * Align legacy and in-flight programmes with DTW objectives * Support policy, governance, and interoperability frameworks * Engage with NATO and FVEY partners on standards and integration * Support testing, experimentation, and reference environment development Required Experience * Strong background in Enterprise Architecture or Digital Delivery in defence/government * Experience with large-scale integration, data standards, or governance frameworks * Experience working with senior stakeholders in complex environments * Exposure to defence, intelligence, or national security programmes Key Skills * Enterprise / solution architecture * Data governance and interoperability * Systems integration * Stakeholder engagement * Defence programme delivery Clearance * Active DV clearance is mandatory
