Sewing Machinist

Shifts: Full Time, Days regular - Flexibility on set hours Generations People is currently recruiting for a Sewing Machinist to join our client based in the Chesterfield area. Key Duties for Sewing Machinist: * Working within a plastics factory environment * Operation of Industrial Sewing Machines * Routine ‘housekeeping’ to maintain a clean and safe workplace. * Application of health and safety guidelines Essential Skills, Experience and Competences for Sewing Machinist: * Experience working with Industrial sewing machines – Advantageous * Maintain high quality standards and output, including thorough checking of completed works * Working in a production and/or manufacturing environment, as part of a team and to deadlines – Advantageous Benefits: * Free parking * Company pension * Casual dress * On-site parking * Close to public transport links Temp to perm position starting via the agency
